Splitting her time between Florida and Oregon, she finds inspiration in the patterns that repeat themselves throughout the natural world. While her paintings are often grounded in her own childhood memories and past experiences, they evoke a beauty that is universal in their natural subject matter. She creates interest and intrigue through the color and movement that she uses to balance her composition.

Artist Statement
My work is one of action and reaction, a response to my emotions, thoughts, and mood at its creation. Rarely is there a plan or concept of the final outcome. It is about the process for me, as this is the time when I can freely express myself without judgment or anxiety. I continue this process, reacting and acting as the process continues, and my need for expression is content for the moment.
