Artist Galya Popova creates evocative compositions that capture emotions and tell stories. Her works are often inspired by everyday situations, nature, and childhood memories. “For me, a painting is like a poem, a message that can be interpreted individually,” says Galya. Encouraged by her mother, she advanced quickly from children's art classes to adult courses. Although she explored various creative fields, including theater arts and fashion design—even showcasing her own fashion collection at Moscow Fashion Week—painting and illustration remained her true passion. Galya now shares a home studio in Germany with her writer husband, working amidst books, art supplies, and scenic views. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, going to the gym, and experimenting with new recipes.
