Artist Kristina Ingvarsson’s work invites a journey of self-discovery, revealing life's hidden beauty. Art became her refuge early on, helping her through personal challenges. Though she began with abstract painting in her twenties, a desire to paint people led her to overcome her fear of realism. Her determination brought her to complete the Mastery Program at the Milan Art Institute. “I never thought I could paint like this,” says Kristina. In a spare bedroom in her countryside home, the soothing sounds of a nearby creek accompany her as she paints. Outside the studio, Kristina enjoys gardening, home decorating, and outdoor time with family.
