About this artwork

A pastoral summer day on a farmstead, with verdant fields in the foreground and a sky full of fluffy clouds overhead. I have always been intrigued by the old houses and barns found on the backcountry roads of the U.S., shares artist Sharon France. I painted this country scene from imagination and memories of places I have traveled over the years.
