About this artwork

While growing up in New Hampshire, I spent many happy days hiking in the White Mountains, and as I'd reach the ridgelines I'd see amazing long horizons with glistening lakes in the distance, and be filled with delight. There's no other word that describes that feeling as distinctly for me. Acrylic on gallery-wrapped canvas. Sealed with an archival gloss varnish which protects from dust and UV. The sides are prepared with matte black paint, cleanly enhancing the painting as the focal point. Hand-wired, this piece is ready to hang or frame. Signed on the front and back.
