About this artwork

As I did some research on different types of dances around the world, I got to discover more about fan dancers, shares artist Diana Elena Chelaru. Depicted in this modernist rendition is a figure holding a fan in one hand, gracefully moving about as if floating in the water. I enjoyed working on this theme, so I am planning to have more compositions inspired by it.
