About this artwork

In an impressionistic style, artist Samuel Pretorius paints the golden hour on a lovely California summer's evening. The beautiful view of the sea and the coastal shrubs lays out the scenic panorama. Warm sun rays catch the tops of the bushes and the sign to the park. It was fascinating how there were many hidden triangles in the composition that tied the whole scene together, says Samuel.
