About this artwork

Artist Candice Eisenfeld demonstrates a contemporary piece with elements of abstraction. A quiet nest protects one small egg in the central focal point of the composition. The twigs envelop it like arms, then expand out like floating tentacles, down through the section's edge into a panel with marbled shades of pale yellow.
