About this artwork

Samuel, the artist, says The fog in the distance, the ragged rocky shore and the colors in the hillside with scraggly vegetation caught my eye. The cliff just drops off sharply directly after the trees with a dramatic plunge into the ocean below. The area was both secluded and exposed, there was a light drizzle that made it feel cozy.
