About this artwork

An Australian dingo takes an imaginative form as its brown fur transforms into deep red and ash gray. Artist Stefan Mager utilizes dense black clay for sculpting the piece, subjecting it to a prolonged drying period and subsequent biscuit firing. Several high-gloss glazes are then applied to bring out its vibrant features.
