About this artwork

Artist Jodi Dann captures an exciting gift from nature. A sweet little bird made a nest out of horse tail hair in her backyard, inspiring her to create a collage series. Using a photograph, hand-painted paper, and ink, she created a series that reflects the beauty and wonder of the natural world. Jodi suggests placing the artwork away from direct sunlight to protect its colors.
