About this artwork

When confinement is a life-or-death necessity, a window becomes your best friend, it gives you hope, strength, and freedom, says artist Yelitza Diaz. Loneliness can be hard, but by clinging to your window, it strengthens you, and helps you go beyond your limits overcoming all obstacles with success and pleasure. This work represents the being that is creative without limits. The drapes flow swept by the wind, as the beings look far into the distance. The Small Beings and drapes in this piece are made of resin and painted to look like bronze.
