About this artwork

A dynamic modern abstract in natural browns, beiges, cream and white. This piece is based on the sides of cliffs along a river valley close to where the dinosaurs roamed, shares artist Margriet Hogue. I added layers of paper, then sanded and scraped them to expose the layers below. A final coat of wax was applied for texture and protection.
