About this artwork

This painting is a part of both my Tarot series and my Power Bison series, shares artist Rachel Srinivasan. In tarot, the two of swords is about decisions, perfectionism, even division. I aimed to give the card an upbeat, loving feel of unity. However, when the bison began to show a darker shadow side, I allowed it to be. Here's a perfect combination of two beings intertwining, carrying a vision of unity above them in the touching swords. The swans connote love that lasts a lifetime of unity.
