About this artwork
This still life painting is part of a cherry series that the artist id earlier in the year, but held back for her own personal study. The deep, rich red of the cherries really pops against the vibrant blue surface, making this a fun piece for any space. The brush work is loose and fast, using premier Michael Harding oil colors and walnut oil for high viscosity. This work would look lovely hanging in a kitchen, dining room or breakfast nook.
