About this artwork

The April afternoon sun casts diagonal shadows across a building on Orchard Street in the Lower East Side, just north of Broome. A vibrant "Love" mural dominates the center, its colors reflected in the clothing rack of the corner shop and extending to the figure walking diagonally into the frame. The graffiti enhances the urban energy of the scene.
