About this artwork

A man casts off from a dock in morning sunshine, his reflection softly distorted in the lapping water below. The fisherman prefers catching fish early in the morning - it's not only his job but his real passion, says Andres. In his current Reflections series, Andres takes time to study everyday occurrences, particularly along the docks near his home in Miami, Florida. It's in these moments that he is able to capture a compelling, alternate view of our world.
