About this artwork
I hope that you will enjoy viewing my vision of the quiet, rural landscapes of the American Heartland. Old farms, barns, meadows and big open skies, are often the inspiration for my art. I have been influenced by the old Barbizon, Tonalist, & Realist painters for my original dreamscape, landscape paintings. I live and paint on an old farmstead in the Midwestern Heartland and my contemporary rural landscapes are painted simply, from my heart. I hope that you will enjoy viewing my original artwork.
